Although strokes are expected to affect more elderly people than younger people, that trend is starting to shift a little due to today’s lifestyle and dieting.  If someone suffers a stroke, they are in a fight against time.  Depending on how quick that individual receives medical help will determine whether they survive and how severe their side effects will be.  What many of us do not know, is how to read early signs of stroke.  Wouldn’t you like to be able to prevent a stroke from happening if you knew how?
